My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, though spacious and well-equipped, had a slight smoking smell that may bother non-smokers. On the bright side, those facing the Mediterranean offered stunning views. The service was a bit impersonal, despite seeing my name displayed on the screen; however, the hotel does offer various amenities like room service and car hire. The location was ideal, right in the center of the corniche and convenient for both business and tourism. Sadly, the dining experience did not live up to a 5-star standard; the prices were high, and the quality was mediocre. Nevertheless, the facilities were decent overall.

My stay at the Lancaster Plaza was delightful! The location is top-notch, close to key Beirut attractions, although there were some service issues that affected our room. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making the stay pleasant. The dining experience was somewhat subpar, but the facilities were satisfactory overall.

The room we stayed in, couple in the pleasant view room, was cozy and pleasant. There were some limitations that affected our movement a bit, but the overall ambiance compensated for it.

The service at Lancaster Plaza was a mixed bag. While the reception and Hiba at guest relations were extremely helpful, there were some inconsistencies with other staff members. Mr Ahmed and Miss Sarah were very accommodating, and the room was maintained adequately, though not up to ideal standards.

The hotel's location is a key highlight, being very close to downtown Beirut and the beautiful seaside. It felt like home, with convenient access to important places in the city. Additionally, Miss Nada Kattouaa stood out with her helpful and professional assistance, despite a minor issue.
